We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Field Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the technical progress of our system support, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the technical progress of the system support according to the contract
- Assist in implementing tools and processes to ensure seamless customer support
- Manage the customer claims database and follow up on claims for correction, validation, and delivery
- Validate technical responses to customers and develop summaries and reports
- Participate in the technical preparation of Roll Out operations and establish procedures for testing, commissioning, and operation
- Provide feedback and propose solutions for implementing procedures and controlling functional compatibility
- Monitor the technical state of equipment and support the installation and archiving of software
- Contribute to the evolution of Roll Out, documentation, and integration processes
- Support the development of corrective plans for non-conformities and transfer network monitoring to customer support
- Graduate degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- Slovak native speaker with good knowledge of English language
- Strong internal and external interpersonal skills
- Mobility and willingness to travel frequently
- Driving Licence B and active driver
- Able to handle changing and tense contexts
- Methodical and autonomous personality
- Close attention to detail
