Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and contributing to the development of our technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assisting in the development of technical documentation and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operation
  • Participating in the training and development of technical skills
  • Contributing to the improvement of our technical processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in telecommunications or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Knowledge of TETRA and TETRAPOL technologies
  • Fluency in Slovak and English languages
  • Ability to travel frequently, mainly in Slovakia
