Job Title: Field Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the field, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers in the field, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our systems, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements:
  • Telecommunications Engineer degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of TETRA and TETRAPOL technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel frequently, mainly in Slovakia
