**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish a trusted adviser relationship with our clients to ensure their overall satisfaction with our services and technology.
- Work closely with our data-geeks (engineers and developers) and product specialists to provide top-notch tech support.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client success and growth.
**What We're Looking For:**
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Digital marketing-related experience a plus.
