We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, identifying their needs, and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive support and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Introduce new products and services to our existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Manage projects and collaborate with the marketing team to drive outstanding customer success campaigns.
- A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT-technical field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and partners.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
- A talent for convincing customers and partners of our services through presentations and web meetings.
- A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for driving customer success.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
