About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, identifying their needs, and ensuring they get the most out of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive support and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
  • Provide regular feedback to customers on their usage and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and French.
