Job Summary
The IT Support Team Lead Deputy will backup the France team lead, serving as the primary point of contact and communication with customers from ticket assignment to successful resolution. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and effective teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT help desk practices, frameworks, and related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Backup the France team lead, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and clients, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving incidents efficiently
- Coordinate with other levels of support, including L1, Network, and Infra teams, to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles for users and technicians, promoting best practices and improving overall support quality
- Conduct problem identification, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up, ensuring timely closeout of trouble tickets
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics (KPIs), analyzing data to inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project management activities, including computer replacements, updates deployments, and meeting room evolutions
- Trainees' management and supervision, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in senior tech/lead roles with IT help desk practices and frameworks or related experience
- Proven experience in performing installations, moves, software and hardware adds and changes to end-users' IT equipment
- Experience with end-user support using remote support tools
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with good English language proficiency
Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
