About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in South-West France. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the FOCUS Bikes brand in South-West France
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network, including regular communication, product training, and support
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure FOCUS Bikes remains competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the cycling industry, with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
