Regional Sales Manager for Cycling Products in South-West France (all genders)

Your Responsibilities

We are expanding our team and seeking a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for South-West France who will help shape the future of FOCUS. The cycling industry presents exciting opportunities, and in this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing mobility solutions.

Your primary focus will be to cultivate long-lasting, trustworthy relationships within our dealer network, enhancing both the FOCUS brand and our partners' success.

This role involves providing comprehensive support to our existing dealers while also expanding our network based on thorough market analysis. You will be accountable for meeting established KPIs and financial targets.

By organizing dealer events, you will bring our brand to life for our partners and end consumers, maintaining close collaboration with product management and regional leadership.

Your Challenges
  • Drive the growth of FOCUS in France alongside your team
  • Establish a robust network centered around our cycling community
  • Enhance and professionalize relationships with our partners, elevating the quality of FOCUS in the marketplace
  • Foster a strong local team culture that embodies the values, vision, and mission of FOCUS
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the cycling sector and sales, with an established dealer network in the region
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications, such as bicycle mechatronics
  • In-depth understanding of the local market, network, and cycling culture
  • Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with partners at all levels
  • Analytical mindset paired with a proactive approach to achieving results
  • Process-oriented with a focus on long-term solutions
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and proficiency in English
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to contributing to the overall success of FOCUS
  • A genuine passion for cycling
  • Willingness to travel frequently
