Consumer Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Manager to lead our global insight and data analytics efforts in the EUAU region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing category, retailer, consumer, and shopper insights to strengthen our plans and support our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and drive global insight on FMCG and categories, including inflation, price elasticity, market and consumer trends.
- SUPPORT THE UNDERSTANDING OF NEW CHANNELS (Discounters, Ecom, Convenience, OOH...) and size business opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on specific topics as needed.
- Participate in the Market Acceleration team, supporting the launch of most relevant studies and animating their use.
- Support teams for Nielsen briefing (brand & category presentations) and other studies.
- Leverage analysis capabilities and bring more autonomy and responsibility to the teams.
- Coordinate relationships with external vendors, including quarterly collaboration meetings, presentation organization, site facilitation, and trainings.
- Challenge providers to achieve most accurate studies at best cost.
- Coordinate locally launched studies by regional team.
- Manage Shopper Insight budget.
- Update weekly reports.
- Update monthly reports and provide monthly analysis.
- Provide quarterly update @ Comex on key facts & insights + fuel CBR.
- Supply data for internal tools.
- Transition with Nielsen new tool + creation of new reports.
- Have strong knowledge of datas tools (datasharing): what information? where?
- University or Business school degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ideally experience within panelists (IRI, Kantar, Nielsen...).
- Strong analytical skills & business acumen.
- Contract: Fixed term contract for maternity leave coverage.
- Location: Boulogne-Billancourt.
- Attractive salary package (fixed + bonus + Intéressement/Participation), estimated €70,000 - €80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
