Commercial Development Manager

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de Sinclair Ressources en tant que Commercial Development Manager. Votre mission sera de développer des relations partenariales avec nos points de vente.

Responsabilités
  • Installer un dialogue qualitatif, axé sur les services.
  • Elaborer la politique promotionnelle et les plans d'actions des marques, en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing et le service achats.
  • Recueillir les attentes et les besoins des directeurs des points de vente.
  • Coordonner et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions annuels et ponctuels des marques.
  • Responsable du plan annuel des événements de nos points de vente.
  • Recueillir, transmettre et coordonner toutes les informations liées à la newsletter (Zhilei).
  • Co-construire les plans d'actions des marques annuels avec des Chefs de Marques.
  • Co-construire les plans d'actions des événements de nos points de vente avec des Chefs de Marques et le Visuel Merchandiser.
  • Coordonner et déployer des outils/activités de promotion sur les lieux de vente.
  • Recueillir et rendre compte des retours sur des actions promotionnelles.
  • Communiquer et expliquer aux points de vente les plans d'actions, les instructions et les conditions à appliquer.
  • Remonter les attentes et les feedbacks de nos points de vente.
  • S'assurer du respect des actions et plans mise en place par le Visual Merchandiser dans les magasins et/ou espaces de ventes.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe marketing, les agences de communication, les imprimeurs et d'autres prestataires afin de réaliser des outils de promotions.
  • Responsable de l'événementiel (bâtir un plan annuel, gestion des dépenses, négociation avec les prestataires).
  • Remonter des besoins, nouvelles tendances et attentes des magasins et des consommateurs.
  • Gestion des stocks de PLV et des outils de promotions.
Compétences requises
  • Savoir bâtir et faire exécuter des plans annuels de promotions.
  • Faculté de développer et de coordonner des projets opérationnels.
  • Savoir argumenter et convaincre ses interlocuteurs.
  • Très bon relationnel, très bon communicant.
  • Discipline de travail et de rigueur dans un cadre de travail multiculturelle.
  • Autonomie.
  • Proactif.
  • Capacité d'analyse.
Conditions d'emploi
  • Rémunération : 40 à 60 k sur 13 mois selon profil.
  • Avantages : intéressement et participation, réductions tarifaires, primes annuelles.
  • Profil : jeune diplômé (avec un minimum de stages significatifs dans le secteur de la grande distribution) à 5-7 ans d'expérience.
  • Voiture de société mise à disposition quand déplacement.
