Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Promotions to join our team at Essity AB. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to increase sales across our key markets in SouthWest region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive sales and profitability across key markets
- Lead a team of Commercial Managers to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
- Utilize market intelligence, analytics, and financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful commercial strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
