Job Title: Strategic Sales Director for Leisure Cruises

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director for Leisure Cruises. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Define and implement action plans aligned with defined objectives and sales strategies.
  • Lead Sales Team: Provide direction, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor Sales Revenue: Analyze performance data and collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Represent the Portfolio: Coordinate and represent the portfolio at professional events to strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leisure sales within the travel and tourism industry.
