Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Global Payroll Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth, and navigating complex mid-market organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new business opportunities
  2. Drive demand generation activities to grow the sales pipeline
  3. Work closely with in-country Account Executives to source and close opportunities
  4. Navigate complex mid-market organizational structures to build relationships with key stakeholders and close deals
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales activities and close deals
  6. Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and stakeholders
  7. Manage sales activity and forecasting in Salesforce
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up or tech company
  2. Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline
  3. Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles
  4. Experience with process/playbook selling (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric)
  5. Experience in a start-up or fast-moving environment
  6. Proficient in Salesforce
  7. Excellent communication skills in French and English
