To further our growth, we are seeking a Sales Engineering Manager.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing revenue for our organization by advocating for and selling our innovative solutions, products, and technical services to potential clients. You will act as the main liaison between our company and prospective customers, gaining insights into their needs, offering technical expertise, and delivering customized solutions that align with their requirements.

This position demands a combination of technical acumen, sales proficiency, and a customer-focused approach, emphasizing mutual loyalty.

You will thrive in a collaborative and adaptable environment, employing agile methodologies that promote open communication and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and qualify new business prospects by conducting research and outreach to potential clients, generating leads through networking, cold calling, and participating in industry events.

· Manage a network of distributors effectively.

· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on our products and services to meet their specific needs.

· Collaborate with Marketing Experts to create tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that resonate with customer needs.

· Present and showcase our solutions as sustainable alternatives to traditional petrochemical products, emphasizing key features and benefits, and illustrating how they can resolve customer challenges and enhance their operations.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to finalize deals and secure new business opportunities, ensuring profitability and a positive customer experience.

· Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

· Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate sales forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.

· Propose collaborative partnerships with customers for innovative co-development to lead the market in sustainable and locally sourced products.

Your geographical focus will primarily be South America, along with the Mediterranean region (including Maghreb, Turkey, and Greece).

Required Skills

· Strong industry knowledge and understanding of animal nutrition or related sectors.

· Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities, with a proven history of meeting sales targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and develop long-lasting client relationships.

· Strong analytical skills for market analysis and understanding, with the ability to discern customer needs, identify solutions, and recommend suitable products or services.

· Self-driven and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.

· Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

Required Qualifications

· Engineering and/or Commercial degrees, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

· Proven experience in sales development within a B2B context, preferably in the animal nutrition or related fields.

· Proficiency in English and Spanish.

· Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, including consultative and solution selling approaches.

· Proficient in using reporting tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suite, with a structured approach to driving sales and project management.

· Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation Package:

Home office arrangement – (4 days per month in the Paris head office)
