Your Role

We are seeking an experienced International People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee relations and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Overseeing and directing payroll procedures
  • Developing systems to process payroll account transactions
  • Coordinating timekeeping, payroll systems, and providers
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Overseeing the HRIS and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and providing regular reports to senior management
  • Managing HR projects and initiatives as defined
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International People Operations Manager with a strong background in HR operations. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years working on an international scope
  • Fluency in French and English
  • A thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations, especially in France
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Great teamwork skills and a willingness to be part of a cohesive team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Lucca and Microsoft Office Suite
