People Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled People Operations Partner to join our team at Ancient Gaming. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable global people processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance are best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and evolve global people processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage all people lifecycle processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Organize and administer our HRIS to ensure a single source of up-to-date and accurate people data.
- Act as the first point of contact for anyone engaging with the company.
- Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and owning people processes in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Experience working in an environment where base processes are not yet fully defined.
- Experience partnering with a global workforce, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Isle of Man and Malta.
- Experience with HR data and creating impactful analysis based on this.
- Hardworking and autonomous individual with a great team of people to work with.
- Process improvement mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve what you do and how you do it.
- Highly ambitious person who sees the opportunity to go beyond their job description as a privilege, not a negative.
- Constructive challenger who will find ways to progress and complete your work.
- Team player who does what is required for yourself, the team, and the company to succeed.
- Finisher with great attention to detail, we do things well and we always finish the final 10%.
- Strong verbal and written communicator who builds trusted partnerships with all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
