Job Title: Business Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coordinator to join our team at BOURBON. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business and client network in various areas, including the Oil & Gas industry, commercial harbors, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet company targets.
  2. Manage partnerships and client relationships to increase revenue and expand the client network.
  3. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals based on Hydrauserv's technical expertise.
  4. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with BOURBON's standards.
  5. Manage and maintain a network of clients, suppliers, and partners.
  6. Identify and follow competitors and their segmentation.
  7. Elaborate market studies and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, and engineering.
  • Experience in teams management and budget processes.
  • Commercial skills, including negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Ability to set up and maintain a network of clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
