Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BOURBON. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business and client network in various areas, including the Oil & Gas industry, commercial harbors, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be in charge of:

  • Developing business and client relationships in the Oil & Gas industry, commercial harbors, and partnerships
  • Preparing and delivering commercial proposals based on Hydrauserv's technical expertise
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to ensure compliance with BOURBON's standards
  • Managing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, and finance
  • Experience in team management and budget processes
  • Commercial skills, including negotiation and market analysis
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and project management software
