We are a global Executive Search and Talent Management company dedicated to delivering top talent for pharmaceutical innovation. Our expertise spans Executive Search, Talent Management, Organizational audit, and Executive Coaching, catering to clients across 80 countries.
In this role, you will lead our business development efforts, contributing to our client's growth as a globally recognized leader in Life Sciences. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions and functions to drive strategic decisions and implement a robust business development strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market landscape, manufacturing processes, and regulatory environment. They will be responsible for driving new business, renewal targets, revenue, and profitability on a quarterly and annual basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to strengthen market presence across affiliates, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local objectives.
- Promote partnerships through customer engagement and pipeline development.
- Represent the company in technical customer discussions, understanding individual customer needs and manufacturing challenges.
**Team Management and Leadership:**
- Manage and develop a team of five people, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Work effectively within a matrix structure, managing dotted-line responsibilities with regional and affiliate teams.
**Requirements:**
- BAC+5 – Pharmacist, Scientist, or Business School graduate.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development and/or Strategic & Operational Marketing in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
**Competencies and Skills:**
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage people directly and indirectly in a multicultural environment.
**What We Offer:
A competitive salary of **€120,000 - €180,000 per annum**, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and your location within Europe and the US.
