Principal Advisor, Training and Knowledge Enablement

In the realm of enhancing operational and technological training, our team is dedicated to enriching the learning journeys of our personnel through innovative technologies, revamped knowledge resources, and improved engagement with the business user community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with user communities to assess training requirements and identify challenges.
  • Transform needs assessments into actionable enablement strategies and work alongside fellow Training and Knowledge Enablement Advisors.
  • Coordinate with global specialists to ensure consistency in training offerings and reference materials.
  • Design and deliver training programs for insurance systems in both virtual and face-to-face environments, employing advanced pedagogical techniques.
  • Act as a primary contact for intricate user inquiries.
  • Provide expert support in both existing and new systems in alignment with AXA XL's strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the transition to updated reference materials while maintaining current tools.
  • Contribute to the transformation of Training & Knowledge Enablement and engage with emerging digital capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement in various collaborative initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in business training with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance underwriting and implementation processes, along with a background in insurance operations.
  • Expertise in utilizing modern technological tools for e-learning and mobile training.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the insurance sector, including various lines of business and global insurance programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Cultural sensitivity to effectively manage diverse teams.
