Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Success Manager
At Braintree, we're revolutionizing commerce globally, and we need a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key player in our customer success strategy, you'll engage with clients at all levels, from the C-Suite to operational teams. Your expertise in French and English will be crucial in fostering meaningful connections with our diverse client base.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage key client relationships, including high-profile and high-revenue merchants.
• Take charge of all operational aspects of the merchant processing relationship and serve as the primary contact for Braintree product information and critical operational issues.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies for Braintree to play a key role in achieving the client's overall profitability objectives.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Focus on three key areas: Grow, Satisfaction, and Retain.
• Utilize a consulting approach to identify opportunities where Braintree can contribute to the growth and competitiveness of our merchants' businesses.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on both business-focused and operational fronts.
• Build solid and lasting relationships by proactively and consistently demonstrating the value of Braintree's offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Five+ years' experience within a customer success, and client relationship management environment.
- Payments or financial/banking industry experience.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven independent worker.
- Strong Relationship Management Skills.
- Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC-based internet, and software applications (Internet Browsers, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven and strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast-paced target-oriented environment, preferred (but not necessary).
