Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager for our Innovation & Experience Centre (IEC), part of the Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through various initiatives, including the creation of commercial documentation, conducting training sessions, launching marketing campaigns, and overseeing customer events. This position collaborates extensively with team members, functional departments, business units, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for our clients by understanding their requirements, usage patterns, and challenges, while delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute initiatives that prioritize customer engagement (both internal and external).
- Gather, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Produce educational materials to support the adoption and effective use of our solutions.
- Conduct research and generate compelling content and marketing collateral aligned with global marketing strategies.
