Customer Success Manager

Join Dailymotion Exchange in shaping the future of video hosting and broadcasting solutions for professionals. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams to respond to RFPs and client inquiries.
  • Build strong and effective media and insights solutions with the Sales Marketing team.
  • Understand key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Fluently communicate in English and French.
  • Develop advanced computer skills, including MS Suite.
