    • Provide coaching and guidance to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate sales agents to achieve their full potential.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
    • Ensure sales team members are well-informed about company products and services.
  • Retention and Cancellation Management
    • Manage retention performance to maintain a cancellation rate of less than 5%.
    • Use product and market knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Collaborate with recruitment to identify and hire top talent.
    • Participate in interviews and ensure successful trial periods.
