Job Title: Pre-Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our pre-sales department in Lyon. As a pivotal figure in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency, you will guide a talented group of professionals dedicated to optimizing data utilization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor a team of 6 pre-sales specialists
  • Assess client requirements and opportunities prior to project initiation
  • Develop tailored and competitive sales proposals
  • Facilitate team collaboration in responding to client requests
  • Encourage, inspire, and enhance the skills of the pre-sales team
  • Establish clear goals and assess both individual and team performance
  • Stay informed on market developments and maintain competitive awareness
  • Offer technical assistance to sales teams during demonstrations
  • Provide regular updates on team activities and performance metrics

This role embodies the essence of project management with a focus on coaching and development. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of ten years' experience in pre-sales or sales team management, preferably within the digital, software, or document management sectors. Your expertise and insights will be invaluable as you join our team.
