We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a CRM and Sales Process Lead. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management system and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in our CRM database.
  • Design and implement CRM policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance indicators and trends.
  • Enhance customer experience and engagement through data-driven insights.

Requirements:
