Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop and implement a yearly hiring plan to ensure alignment with our business roadmap.
- Oversee our global recruitment policy and monitor performance.
- Work with our Branding team to define a clear Employer Value Proposition and build a strong Employer Brand.
- Employee Experience (Learning and Development, Talent Management, C&B, Culture)
- Define and implement a training strategy integrated into each career path.
- Implement a best-in-class process for performance reviews and feedback cycles.
- Build a strong corporate culture across all geographies, hand-in-hand with managers.
- Work with our finance teams to ensure an attractive compensation and benefits policy.
- People Operations
- Supervise payroll topics to ensure compliance with HR processes and data.
- Supervise all legal-related topics, including social organizations and employment of people from different nationalities.
- Build and implement metrics to drive HR performance and optimize the use of people analytics.
- Team Management & Budget
- Manage the HR team on a daily basis and ensure each team member has a performance-based roadmap.
- Build and monitor the HR budget.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a people team, including experience leading the team and building, hiring, managing, and scaling a high-performing global People team in a fast-growing company.
- Experience working with and reporting to C-Suite and Senior Leadership.
- Previous experience in proactively improving People processes for scaling organizations.
- A culture leader with a sense of humor, high energy, and drive.
- An ability to influence stakeholders with compelling, data-driven insights and storytelling.
- A strategic mindset and skills to stay at the top of tactical execution and translate business challenges and questions into People strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
