We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our inclusive insurance strategy in one of AXA's European markets. As an Entity Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Group's global strategy and driving business growth in this region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Inclusive Insurance Strategies
- Co-define the local strategy with local AXA teams, including CEOs, CMOs, and Excom sponsors
- Identify and vet talent to create or reinforce local inclusive insurance teams
- Determine priority segments and research their needs, focusing on micro-entrepreneurs
- Develop or redesign products to match customers' needs, incorporating inclusive criteria
- Drive Commercial Development and Partnerships
- Ensure operations, IT, and other enablers are in place with the support of the central team's IT/Ops/data team
- Identify business opportunities and drive commercial development through B2B2C partnerships and traditional channels
- Organize quarterly calls with CEOs and Excom members to track strategy delivery and business performance
- Explore New Markets and Reinsurance Opportunities
- Explore potential to expand AXA's inclusive insurance footprint to new emerging markets
- Drive synergies and business opportunities with AXA's specialized global entities, such as AXA XL, AXA Partners, or AXA Global Health
- 7-10 years' experience in a multinational insurance company, preferably in strategic development, partnerships, or product innovation roles
- Ability to be autonomous, take initiatives, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind and mindset, with a real desire to challenge traditional insurance practices
- Team player with strong organization, presentation, and conviction skills to build trusted relationships and achieve objectives
- Fluency in English and French, with other languages a plus
