About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Retail sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the retail sector
- Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
