Job Description

At Technip Energies, we are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing Project Vendor Performance (VPM) activities for assigned Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with shop expeditors/inspectors to ensure supply conformity against contractual requirements.
  • Monitor man-hours budget assigned on the project and prepare summary reports for the Project.
  • Prepare and review contracts, VPM project procedures, and expediting and inspection levels.
  • Organize Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) and Hand-Over Meetings (HOM) to ensure predecessors are achieved.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is timely available and that expeditors or inspectors follow VPM project specifications.
  • Check VPM project deliverables and prepare required reports for the Project Team.
  • Attend VPM recurrent meetings and take part in HOM/KOM with the Supplier as necessary.
  • Define and validate the updating progress in IT tools (SmartMaterials).
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, or Management.
  • Oil & Gas/Chemical Suppliers knowledge.
  • Coordination skills in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a strong pressure context.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Operational English.
  • Strong leadership attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experiences in quality control activities at workshop.
  • Other foreign languages.
