At PayXpert, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account managers to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to account managers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective account management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and make data-driven decisions.
