Head of Account Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management team. As Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing account management strategies, and leading a team of account managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, performance, and profitability to senior management.
- Identify and address any issues or risks that could impact account performance.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve the account management process.
- Work with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the account management department.
- Ensure that all accounts are profitable and that revenue targets are achieved.
- Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective account management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation and contract management skills to secure terms and agreements with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM (efficy) software and other account management tools.
