We are seeking a dedicated sales representative to oversee the Eastern region of France. You will benefit from comprehensive support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

You will play a crucial role in our expansion, responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients (Key Accounts and SMEs) while also exploring new business opportunities. Your success will be supported by an established client portfolio, a robust database, tools such as SAP, an interactive catalog, and a highly capable design office.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining existing client relationships and portfolio
  • Advising clients on best practices in ergonomics and flow management
  • Offering support via phone and email
  • Tracking quotes and ongoing projects
  • Recommending tailored solutions based on technical requirements
  • Promoting our technical offerings, negotiating, and finalizing contracts
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director to ensure successful sales outcomes

Location: Remote position, with the company headquartered in Drôme (26)

Coverage Area: Grand Est, Bourgogne Franche Comté, Auvergne Rhônes Alpes

Work Structure: 2 days per week on-site for well-qualified projects only.

This role is ideal for you if:

You ideally possess 5 years of direct sales experience with B2B clients in a technical or industrial setting. Your expertise and listening abilities enable you to grasp client needs and effectively propose customized solutions for their projects. A consultative approach combined with a strong business focus is essential, along with proficiency in sales techniques to meet established goals.
