As a Technical Account Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the effective use of Oracle's products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop customer relationships to maximize the use of Oracle services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with Oracle experts and leaders to deliver customer projects and ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Oracle's leading technology and consulting methods.
  • Support customer relationships with a focus on collaborative, long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer management, and project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of application, middleware, hardware, and/or Cloud technologies, and curiosity in cloud technology concepts.
  • Fluency in English.
