As a Client Service Specialist within our Customer Satisfaction team, you will serve as the main liaison for customers at Lagardère Travel Retail and associated brands. Your role is pivotal in delivering personalized assistance to customer inquiries throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining the company’s esteemed reputation.
Your core responsibilities encompass addressing customer questions and concerns, managing pre-orders, processing after-sales service requests, evaluating customer feedback, and relaying insights to pertinent departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and tailored responses to customer inquiries through various communication methods. Share information regarding product availability, pricing, and assist with pre-order requests. Address after-sales issues, including product defects, transaction discrepancies, refunds, and exchanges. Oversee return shipments and collaborate with internal teams for effective resolutions. Engage with customer feedback and reviews, sharing insights with the team. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to relevant departments.Requirements:
Degree in customer relations or a related discipline. 2-5 years of experience in B-to-B customer service and complaint resolution. Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal. Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software.Contract Details:
