Your Role

As a Client Relationship Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you will enhance customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and addressing inquiries in line with our quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver information to clients by ensuring clarity of requests; addressing inquiries; and proposing solutions.
  • Facilitate service initiation by documenting requests and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Oversee customer relationships as part of the shipment tracking process.
  • Address issues by diagnosing the problem; clarifying procedures; and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Enhance quality outcomes by assessing processes and suggesting improvements.

Your Skills and Professional Experience

  • Ideally, you possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-centric position, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Experience in air and road transportation is highly beneficial, with a preference for knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills complemented by a high degree of self-motivation.
