About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent and SAV Representative to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems and providing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service and support, preferably in a retail or B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
