Retail Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities
Your Contributions:
- Strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales objectives while tracking sales performance against key metrics.
- Cultivate a customer-focused mindset within the store, demonstrating effective selling techniques through authentic interactions for the team to replicate.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard high-quality, diverse talent while maintaining a robust succession plan within your store.
- Provide direct coaching, constructive feedback, training, and oversight of team members.
- Ensure clear communication, training, and coaching for the team, establishing expectations for customer engagement, store policies, and procedures, as well as building a strong team.
- Manage expenses to enhance sales and profitability, fostering a productive environment by equipping the team with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet store objectives for sales and customer engagement.
Skills for Success
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional or retail management experience.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proven ability to achieve business goals by driving results through store teams.
- Capability to coach and inspire a team to excel in sales and profitability outcomes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- While formal education and advanced degrees are beneficial, we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.

Compensation Range: $29.76 USD - $44.64 USD per hour
Minimum Starting Rate: $26.13
Incentive Opportunities: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards, which may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentives, or commission potential. Specific details regarding additional compensation eligibility will be shared during the recruitment and interview process.

While all positions have a hiring range based on market data, this position has a minimum starting rate as indicated above.
