Retail Operations Supervisor
In the role of Retail Operations Supervisor, you will lead and guide the store team while effectively implementing the company's mission and principles under the supervision of the Store Manager. Your focus will be on enhancing store profitability by meeting sales objectives. You will ensure that the standards and procedures for merchandising, operations, staffing, and community involvement are executed proficiently. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take charge of store operations. Your commitment to creating an inclusive atmosphere will always prioritize our internal and external customers.

Your Impact on the Team
Responsibilities include:
- Drive store sales, achieve sales targets, and track sales performance against key metrics.
- Inspire and model a customer-focused approach by demonstrating effective selling techniques through authentic interactions with customers for the team to follow.
- Assist the Store Manager in networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing top talent.
- Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and oversight of associates, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and provide training to set expectations regarding customer engagement, store policies, and procedures while fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Help manage expenses to optimize sales and profitability.
- Create a productive atmosphere by ensuring the store team possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve sales and customer engagement goals.
Qualifications for Success
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve business objectives by driving results through store teams.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Capability to coach and motivate a team to excel in sales and profitability.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- While formal education and advanced degrees are beneficial, we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.

Compensation Range: $15.84 USD - $23.76 USD per hour
Starting Rate: $19.00
