Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay. Your role will involve greeting and responding to requests, coordinating with other departments, and promoting hotel facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and respond to guest calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Maintain an awareness of guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system.
- Maintain the guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
- Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
- Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role for a 5-star resort in UAE. Being multi-lingual (Arabic, German, Russian, French) is a plus. Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is mandatory. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
