Regional Client Service Representative

Role
As a vital member of the Client Service team, your primary objective is to guide our clients through the entire purchasing process, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.In the capacity of Client Service Representative, you will play an essential role in enhancing the brand's image and values by delivering tailored and high-quality advice across various channels (E-Business, Retail, Franchises, and Wholesale) during all client interactions.
You will cultivate strong partnerships with retail locations to guarantee an overall positive client experience. Acting as a key point of contact for escalations, you will provide suitable solutions while reinforcing client relationships. You will relay customer insights and feedback to relevant departments to ensure actionable responses. Managing multiple communication channels (telephone, email, and chat), you will focus on achieving personal targets alongside team KPIs. Additionally, you will enhance omnichannel sales through remote sales tools.
Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:Brand Representation
Supporting the creation of a seamless omnichannel experience that guarantees consistency, quality, and responsiveness for all clients in collaboration with our headquarters and the EMEA leadership. Mastering brand policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all channels and interactions. Acting as a representative of the brand.Operations and Processes
Addressing client inquiries, complaints, and service requests, including after-sales support for our retail locations. Delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience via telephone, live chat, and email. Following up and coordinating with other departments to fulfill client requests. Escalating issues as necessary. Meeting individual and team performance indicators. Accurately capturing client data.Client and Business Development
Expanding the business and client base by nurturing strong client relationships built on trust and open communication. Sharing client feedback with relevant departments to enhance processes, services, and quality.Profile
Passion for the brand and the fashion industry. Client-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence. Exceptional listening skills and a positive attitude. Commercially minded. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German. Strong organizational abilities. Comfortable with digital tools and open to new technologies. Collaborative team player. Quick learner.
