Coface Group is seeking an International HR Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a wide range of activities, including Group onboarding, performance management, internal mobility, and 360 feedback programs. You will also coordinate the implementation of Talent Reviews with Regions and business lines, consolidate key data, and prepare the Group Talent Review. Additionally, you will design and deploy digital training modules and webinars relating to Talent programs. Your experience in project management, particularly on an international scale, is essential. You will also use digital HR tools (recruitment, training...) and social networks. Fluency in English is required, and French is a plus.
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly on an international scale. You will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform analyses on various Talent related data to monitor the impact of our initiatives. You will be able to prepare and deliver presentations to the HR community and to top management.
