About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our Western Europe Hub HR team. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will partner with business leaders to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business and HR priorities, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies, including organization design, change management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Partner with the Learning COE to identify learning needs and support the execution of the Learning Demand Plan.
  • Manage international assignment transfers and provide support for employee onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in implementation of HR initiatives.
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area, such as Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, or Organization Development/Design.
  • At least 1 international experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience.
