About the Role
The Executives in Sport Group is seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to help drive the commercial agenda and business model of a leading sports media organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO, Commercial team, and functional leads to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market and commercial landscape
- Support the Commercial team in setting the agenda for strategic projects
- Ensure novel insights are communicated and implemented cross-functionally
- Build robust business cases, KPIs, and ROI for strategic projects
- Identify areas to increase profitability through efficiency and process improvements
Requirements
- Significant experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or related fields
- Demonstrable experience in strategic analysis, scenario planning, and go-to-market plans
- Highly customer-focused mindset and understanding of key metrics
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic/business acumen
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or related field
