Airbnb is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our France & Belgium team, you will be responsible for leading strategic business partnerships activities and collaborating closely with various functions to drive growth and innovation.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing concepts and frameworks for partnerships and business development projects, identifying opportunities for establishing partnerships and business development activities, and modeling the financial and strategic impact of partnerships. You will also ensure excellent execution and ongoing management of partnerships and business development activities, and build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaboration opportunities.

Your Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
  • Growth-obsessed with a deep understanding of the local market and culture
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect dots and develop proposals and solutions
  • Proven partnership management experience, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Knowledge of the local culture and environment, with a deep understanding of the importance of fostering successful local partnerships
  • French speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
