About the Role:

Pegasystems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide market research and analysis to inform business development decisions.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of success in business development and strategic partnership development. You should have a deep understanding of the technology and business consulting industries, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in business development and strategic partnership development.
  • 5+ years of experience in the technology and business consulting industries.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
