Dans le cadre de la forte croissance du cabinet Square Management, nous recherchons un(e) Talent Recruiter pour accompagner le Pôle Advisory dans son développement.

Missions
  • Mettre en oeuvre une stratégie de sourcing efficace et adaptée pour attirer des profils cadres à hauts potentiels et leur donner envie de rejoindre Square Management en tant que consultant.
  • Suivre, développer et animer votre vivier de candidats (candidatures spontanées, cooptation interne, candidatures aux annonces et celles issues de votre sourcing).
  • Être réactif aux besoins des Partners en réponse aux opportunités business, en identifiant les candidats en cours de processus les plus adaptés à la / aux mission(s), et en lançant, si nécessaire, une nouvelle recherche ciblée.
  • Piloter le process de recrutement de A à Z avec les Partners : définition du besoin, approche directe, préqualification, 1ers entretiens puis assurer la bonne expérience candidat tout au long du processus jusqu'à la signature.
  • Être force de proposition quant à la structuration et l'amélioration continue du process de recrutement.
Vos talents
  • Diplômé d'un Master Grande Ecole ou Universitaire.
  • Une 1ère expérience en recrutement / commerce ou marketing est demandée.
  • Vous avez un niveau opérationnel en anglais qui vous permet d'échanger à l'oral avec les candidats.
