Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition Specialist at Haltys, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the field of cybersecurity. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to find the best candidates for their open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top cybersecurity talent
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
