Nexans is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, both externally and internally, while ensuring our recruitment and internal mobility processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with corporate hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruiting process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Conduct first screening interviews and provide a shortlist of relevant candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Ensure that interviews are conducted in a proper manner and that our global recruitment process is followed.
  • Launch required additional assessments, such as personality tests, and provide feedback to the hiring manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Work closely with HR partners and hiring managers to promote internal mobility, identifying opportunities for internal career growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that Nexans is consistently attracting and retaining top talent.

Internal Mobility:

  • Be the ambassador of the Internal Mobility Policy for the Group and communicate it effectively across the whole organization.
  • Be responsible for internal mobility process.
  • Lead Internal Mobility routines with HRBU.
  • Be a key point of contact for Nexans employees regarding internal mobility.
  • Create content / organize webinars regarding internal mobility.

Employer Brand:

  • Be part of Employer Brand projects at group level.
  • Lead and attend some events to promote employer brand / School partnerships management.
  • Communicate on social media regarding employer brand initiatives.

Transversal Projects:

  • Work closely with HRIS team : tools improvement / integration of new features.
  • Be the key point of contact for all tools revamp : Myclick / Nexans career site / Job boards / etc.

Tools Management:

  • Success Factor Recruitment module: be the administrator of the platform / train newcomers in HR / make sure processes are respected.
  • LinkedIn : be the key point of contact regarding LinkedIn issues.
  • SHL : be the administrator of the platform.

Expected Results:

  • Time to fill aligned with the defined target – 35 days.
  • Transformation rate of applicants into employees.
  • Retention of profiles.
  • Nexans brand attractivity.
  • Projects lead at group level.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or Talent Management, ideally with an international scope.
  • Business orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technology.
  • Passion for new technologies and innovation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Customer orientation.
